COLUMBUS — Loup Power District has honored Matt Swackhamer for 25 years of service to Loup Power District.
Swackhamer joined Loup in 2001 as IT Manager at the Columbus General Office and continues in that position today. His responsibilities include managing the District’s computers and communications systems.
