CENTRAL CITY — A Fullerton grad has opened a chiropractor’s office in Central City.Dr. T.J. Ostransky, a member of the Fullerton Class of 2015, recently opened the doors of Ostransky Chiropractic. The business, located at 215 G. St., Central City, opened May 4.
