Lemon Brownie Ingredients:

¾ c. flour ¾ c. sugar ¼ t. salt 1 stick butter 2 eggs 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon zest

Instructions:

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and mix in softened butter. In another bowl, whisk eggs w/ lemon juice & zest. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Bake in greased 8x8 pan at 350 for 25 minutes.

Glaze

½ c. powdered sugar 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1tsp. lemon zest
