Ten years ago July 15, 2015Nance County 4-H’ers compete at the county fair. Bailey Turpitt of Genoa appeared in a photo and was seen hugging her goat before entering the competition ring.Multiple road projects were about to begin on Highway 22 west of Fullerton.

Current issues

Diagnostics of plant issues is one role of Extension horticulturists. In this article, I’ll share some current issues we’re seeing. But first I want to let you know after 43 years in the Platte County Extension office I am retiring July 14.

Ten years ago July 15, 2015The Anderson family were named Nebraska Pioneer Award winners.Este Lesiak finished 19th in pole bending at the National Junior High Finals Rodeo in Des Moines. She was one of 172 girls participating in the event.
