Nick Bosak and his wife, Kate, live in Fullerton. They have two children, Kaia, who is 7 and Jackson, who is 4. Nick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construcktion Management at UNK in 2009.

A Star Folding class was held Monday, Dec. 19th at the Public Library. Attendees were able to take home a few additions for their Christmas trees. 2nd Annual Tea Party to celebrate National Hot Tea Day on January 12.

Nicole Greger attended CCC in Columbus and graduated with an LPN in 2019. She then went on to get her RN and graduated in 2020. Nicole works at Good Samaritan in Albion as a Charge Nurse and has been there for nearly 8 years.

10 Years Ago December 26, 2012 The Fullerton girls basketball team posted their first win on the season, defeating Elba/North Loup-Scotia 42-40 December 7. Freshman Macy Peregrine led Fullerton with 19 points. Tawni Hellbusch added eight points.

New Fullerton Mayor and City Council Member Sworn In

During the last meeting of the Fullerton City Council two new members were sworn in. Riley “Goob” Lane will be replacing Gary Ballentine on the Council and K.C. Rieken will be succeeding Pat Larsen as Mayor.

One Dubas Generation Spans 100 Years

With the recent passing of Leona Dubas Kozak we are remembering the Dubas generaton that spanned over 100 years. Frank Jacob Dubas was born August 8, 1890 in Platte County, NE to Polish Immigrants, John Sr. and Marcyanna Dubas. In 1910, the family moved to western Nance County, known as North Star.
