    FULLERTON — It wasn't the way they wanted to start the season.

    Fullerton dropped a pair of matches at home on Thursday, falling to Sutton 25-21, 25-14 and to Cross County 25-16, 25-23. Sutton also defeated Cross County 25-9, 27-25.

    “We have stuff we need to build on for sure,” Fullerton coach Theresa Bridger said. “We let one mistake turn into five.”
