GENOA — Twin River finished the week strong, shutting out NEN in a 6-0 home win on Saturday.
JLee Van Driel went 4-for-4 on the day, including a triple, and finished with 2 RBIs to lead the Titan offense. She also stole 5 bases in the game. Delaney Reeg went 1-for-3 and had 3 RBIs.
Marcie Spitz threw the complete game shut out, giving up only 4 hits in 7 innings. She struck out 8 batters.
