BATTLE CREEK — Riley Thomas saw her season come to an end on Friday at the 2024 NSAA Girls Wrestling District 1 at Battle Creek.
The Fullerton freshman opened her day against Lyons-Decatur Northeast’s Alizabeth Whitley. Whitley earned a pin in 4:49.
Thomas moved on to the consolation round where she took on Millard South’s Lavaeh Heidelberg. Thomas pinned Heidelberg in 2:30.
