Lisa Lassek, board member of the Nance County Foundation, presents a check for $980 to Laurel Marlatt, library director of the Fullerton Public Library. This grant was contingent upon the awarding of a matching grant request from the Nebraska Library Commission which was recently awarded to the Fullerton Public Library. The intent of this grant is to improve the facilities at the library, specifically for the Maker’s Space. Additions will include mobile workbenches, storage, 6-foot banquet tables and computer chairs to be used for projects using this space.
