Flowerbelles meet at the Roy and Shelly Babb Farm. Karon Horn, president called the meeting to order. Eleven members were present as they shared flowers picked from their gardens. We were sad to know we will have one less member as Noni Sprague will be moving to South Dakota with her son.
A possible trip we could go on is to Yanney Heritage Park in Kearney. Several have been there and remarked how beautiful it is . No action was taken at this time.
Several members did go out to Milby’s U-pick flowers and brought back bouquets to enjoy in their homes.
Next meeting will be at South View and Karon Horn will be hostess. Meeting was adjourned.
Three door prizes with fall themes were given away. Joyce Newquist served two fall desserts, apple and pumpkin along with ice cream with the help of her daughter Shelly. We all admired the view from the hill top of the farm and remarked how beautiful all the trees in the valley must look when they start changing colors.
