Lisa Lassek, board member of the Nance County Foundation, presents a check for $1,000.00 to Don King, volunteer in ball field improvement. Don has put endless hours into the ball fields, working to bring them back to their former glory. This grant was contingent upon the awarding of matching donations. The intended use of this grant is to continue to improve the facilities by adding additional sprinklers to help maintain the field in dry years.
