    FULLERTON — The Warriors capitalized on a career night from senior Jaci Maxfield and cruised to a 44-35 win over Newman Grove/St. Edward in the opening round of the Goldenrod Conference Tournament.

    “It was a good night — a career night — for her,” Fullerton coach Jason Maxfield said. “We needed it.”
