FULLERTON — The Warriors overcame a slow start on Saturday, exploding for 21 points in the second quarter as they cruised to a 66-38 win over Heartland Lutheran.
Class D-2 No. 5 Fullerton trailed 14-10 after the first quarter, but outscored the Red Hawks 56-24 over the final three quarters to pick up their 13th win of the season.
