FULLERTON — It was an 84-foot battle all night.
Class D-2 No. 8 St. Francis used a smothering press defense to frustrate Fullerton every time they inbounded the ball. The Flyers forced the Warriors into 33 turnovers thanks in part to their press.
St. Francis cruised to a 43-17 win on Saturday, putting a stop to Fullerton’s 3-game win streak.
