    LOUP CITY — Fullerton boys and girls each finished as runner-up at the Arcadia/Loup City Invite on Thursday at Sherman Lake. Fullerton girls finished second with a total of 20 points. Elm Creek took home the top prize with 8 points. Morgan Supik finished fourth out of 31 runners with a time of 23:46. Makayla Robinson crossed the finish line 8 seconds later to finish fifth....
