ST. EDWARD — A fast start to the game and a timely stop in the fourth quarter lifted Twin River over Newman Grove/St. Edward on Thursday.
The Titans defeated the Panthers 51-45 to improve to 4-6 on the year.
Twin River opened the game on a 15-1 run. Newman Grove/St. Edward got on the scoreboard first, but they were held scoreless for more than 5 minutes as the Titans took control of the game early. …
