Titans drop pair to open season

OMAHA — Twin River baseball opened the season on Saturday with a pair of losses, falling to Fort Calhoun 7-3 and Roncalli Catholic 10-0.
Twin River were limited to three runs on five hits in the opener. Paydon Rinkol went 2-for-3 and scored two runs. Kale Gustafson went 2-for-2 with a pair of RBIs in his Titans debut. The Osceola senior opted for baseball over track this spring.
