GRAND ISLAND — Grand Island's grandest fall tradition welcomes approximately 13,000 individuals to shop, dine, and fill the streets of downtown with melodies and memories. The 81st Harvest of Harmony Parade, sponsored by Century 21 Realty, will take place in downtown Grand Island on October 7, 2023.

WAYNE — Author/photographer Jeff Barnes shares the images and stories of Nebraska’s lesser-known historical monuments, placed far off the beaten path, during his “Marking Nebraska: Our (Mostly) Hidden Historical Monuments” program at Wayne State College on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
