Suspect named in city wire fraud case

Investigators believe they know who is behind the wire fraud scheme involving the city of Fullerton.Kim Michelle Elliot, 62, of Tulsa, Okla., has been identified as a suspect in the case. Nebraska State Patrol investigators believe that she got the city of Fullerton to send $174,086.
