BELGRADE — The Belgrade Village Board approved pay raises at their meeting earlier this month.The board approved a 3 percent raise increase for the village clerk (increasing the pay from $725.08 to $746.83 per month), water maintenance (increasing from $21.63 to $22.

Each year, millions of packages are stolen each day. In 2025, 104 million packages are stolen in the USA. This number is decreased 13 percent from 2023 numbers.We may think because we live in a small town, more rural area, that it won’t happen here. That is not the case.

FULLERTON — While most Americans are slowing down as the holiday season arrives, the U.S. Postal Service is heading into their busiest time of year.Fullerton Postmaster Tom Bates said that they have already started to see an increase in letters and packages coming through Nance County.
