Toni’s Chocolate Mouse

Ingredients

6 oz Semi-sweet choc squares 2 T Kahlua 1 T Orange Juice 2 Eggs 2 Egg Yolks ½ c Sugar 1 t Vanilla 1 c Whipped Cream

Directions

Melt chocolate in Kahlua and OJ in a 4-cup measuring bowl on medium for 2 minutes in microwave. Stir a minute.

In blender, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla. Blend 2 minutes. Add whipping cream. Blend 30 seconds on low. Blend in chocolate mixture.
