Ten years agoNovember 25, 2015Fullerton FFA held their Creed Night. Thirteen freshmen recited the creed. James Lesiak and Taylor Swertzic advanced to the district contest.Fullerton kindergarten students made the trip over to Fullerton National Bank to decorate the Christmas tree.

Ten years agoNovember 18, 2015Rifle hunting season opened on Nov. 14 and three days there were 256 deer checked in with the Nance County Sheriff.The Nebraska Public Power District announced that customers would not see a rate increase in 2016.

Yrkoski retires from Cornhusker PPD

Paul Yrkoski retired from Cornhusker Public Power District on September 5, 2025. Yrkoski was hired in 1990 as a grounds man, promoted to stores/utility technician in 1991, and purchasing/ stores supervisor in 2015.
