FULLERTON — The Nance County Fair is in full swing and there are plenty of things to do at the fairgrounds over the next couple of days.
The fair kicked off with Boone-Nance Horse Show on Saturday in Albion. On Sunday, 4-H’ers worked to clean-up and complete final set up for the fair. The Fashion Show and Clothing Construction interviews, as well as Horticulture and Family and Consumer Science Judging contest took place.
The remaining fair schedule includes:
WEDNESDAY
• 9 a.m. – Static building open to the public.
• 11-2 p.m. – 4-H Food Stand (spaghetti with green beans and Texas toast)
• 3 p.m. – Small Animal Pet Show
• 3-8 p.m. – QuickDraw Caricature
• 3-9 p.m. – Dinosaur Takeover
• 5 p.m. – 4-H Council Meat Bash Fundraiser
• 5-7 p.m. – Junior Leaders Ice Cream Social
• 6 p.m. – Parade of Stars, Quilt of Valor Presentation
• 6 p.m. – Kids Pedal Tractor Pull
• 6:30 p.m. – Goat Roping
THURSDAY
• 9 a.m. – Static building open to the public.
