Residential properties could jump as much as 60 percent

FULLERTON — Nance County residents will soon learn just how much their property has increased in valuation.
Nance County Assessor Megan Zoucha said that many residents will be receiving a Notice of Valuation Change in their mailbox sometime in June. The assessor’s office is responsible for sending out these notices if a property’s value changes from the previous year.
