Butch Horacek was presented with a certificate naming him a Nebraska Admiral on Tuesday at the Nance County Board of Supervisors meeting. Considered one of the highest civic honors and honorary titles given to Nebraskans, State Senator Loren Lippincott made the surprise presentation.
