FULLERTON — Cindy Horn started Tiny Treasures Daycare in 2005 as a licensed Family Home Provider.
She currently has eight children in her home during the day as well as two more who come after school.
“Being a child care provider keeps you on your feet,” Horn said. “I enjoy and cherish the relationships I have with the children in my care and their families.”
