ALBION — Boone County Health Center is pleased to welcome its 2026 New Year’s baby, Eleanor Rose Voichahoske. Eleanor made her arrival on Jan. 6 under the care of Dr. Dodds, weighing 5 pounds, 10 ounces, and measuring 19 ¾ inches long.
