Council to decide fowl’s place in Fullerton

FULLERTON — Fullerton resident Nicole Collins has a game of duck, duck, goose taking place at her home.
She appeared before the Fullerton City Council last week to request permission to have ducks and geese at her 4th Street property. Under the city code, chickens are permitted, but ducks and geese are not.
“We live in a small town,” she said. “We don’t live in an HOA.”
