GENOA — Despite the cranes and concrete outside, it’s business as usual in the classroom for Twin River students.
Superintendent Brandi Bartels said the $39.9 million school building project remains on schedule and under budget. Crews fell behind over the summer because of rain, but by August they were catching back up.
