The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) will hold a Focus Group Meeting to assist with their collaborative preparation of the 2026 Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).

Feedback received during this session will inform our revisions to the NAHTF QAP and support the goal of developing funding priorities that support the housing needs across Nebraska. A final draft of the 2026 NAHTF QAP will be posted for a 30-day public comment period once available.
