FULLERTON — The Fullerton Betterment Committee hosted a fun filled chalk art festival on Tuesday, May 14 to celebrate the end of the school year. 69 children participated in the event. Members of the Sheriff’s department accompanied children downtown following school dismissal.The event was free for the children and made possible by donations from generous individuals and businesses....
