When the average marriage length in the United States is just under 20 years and the average life expectancy 77, it is refreshing to have the privilege to meet someone who has beaten both statistics by several decades. The Nance County Journal feels it is important to recognize and take the time to listen to those in our community who have seen so much more than most of us ever will.
