Fullerton, Genoa residents see big increases in home valuations

Letters have gone out to residents telling them that their homes are worth more.

Nance County Assessor Megan Zoucha said that the biggest increases in assessed valuation were one-story homes in Fullerton and Genoa.

“ One- story homes in Fullerton saw a 15 percent increase,” she said. “One-story homes in Genoa saw a 25 percent increase.
