GENOA— After 139 years the Genoa United Methodist Church is closing.
Last service will be June 25 at 1 p.m. District Superintendent Charles Murithi will conduct the closing ceremony. The community is invited to attend this service and take a final look at the church.
The current pastor is Connie Kramer. The church started in Genoa in 1884.
