Jarecki Sharp & Petersen P.C., L.L.O. has donated $2,000 to the Fullerton City Park Board to assist in the goal of replacing the center playground structure.
Katie Sharp is a partner at the law firm and Kate Chlopek is the firm’s office manager. Schuyler Sharp is president of the Fullerton City Park Board andAllen Chlopek is the Fullerton city administrator.
Jarecki Sharp & Petersen P.C. L.L.O assists clients with a variety of legal needs, including real estate transactions, estate planning, en-tity formations, and litigation. The firm has offices located in Albion, Columbus, and Tilden.
All donors will be listed in the Nance County Journal unless a donor chooses to remain anonymous. There will be a donor wall put up next to the piece of equipment with donor names.
Any funds raised over the above requirement will be used toward installation costs and future projects in the park.
Total structure is $59,368 (after the grant discount from Burke Recreation) with a $4,950 freight charge for a total of $64,318 without labor as the City Park Board is still looking for the best quote. They have approximately $40,000 to $45,000 leaving them short $19,000 to $25,000 that still needs to be raised.
