The benefit of Meals on Wheels offered to Fullerton residents helps many of them remain safe and independent in their home. Also, many residents on a limited income cannot afford the cost of a meal. The cost of $6.25 per meal offers a hot meal along with the affordability.
Each week the Meals on Wheels menu can be viewed in the Nance County Journal in order to place your order choice.
Volunteers will bring your meal to your door, and with the cold months coming on, this offers a special convenience.
If you would like to take advantage of this vital community service, just order your meal before 8 a.m. that day by calling Valley View Assisted Living at 536-3390. You can pay that day or be billed for all your meals at the end of the month.
The Meals on Wheels service also accepts medicaid services.
