Leah Noyd was located just before 5 p.m. on Friday.
Nance County Sheriff Ben Bakewell announced Friday night that Noyd was found by a turkey hunter in rural Nance County at 4:45 p.m. She was hungry, dehydrated and suffering from exposure.
Noyd, 21, was reported missing on Wednesday.
