10 Years Ago Jan. 9, 2013 Area Students qualify for Chadron State Dean’s List: Jessica Lindsley, Wolbach; Ashley VanDeWalle, Cedar Rapids Lady Warriors participated in the Grand Island Central Catholic Holiday Tournament. The first game was against Fillmore Central.

2023 Eastern Lambing and Kidding School on January 21st

The 2023 Eastern Nebraska Lambing and Kidding School on Saturday January 21, 2023 held near Lincoln will feature farm tours, hands-on demonstrations, and presentations by expert speakers. Nebraska Extension is hosting the clinic that will run from approximately 8:30a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The Nance County Development Agency Presents River’s Edge Meat Locker, LLC With $10,000 Grant

The Nance County Development Agency (NCDA) presents a $10,000 Economic Development grant to the owners of the soon to be established, Rivers Edge Meat Locker, LLC. It is hoped to be operational by mid to late summer in Fullerton.

Poor 2nd Quarter Dooms Titans vs Lakeview

Twin River matched up with Columbus Lakeview Thursday December 29 in the Columbus Holiday Tournament. The Lady Titans trailed 16-8 after one quarter but were only able to score three points in quarter number two and trailed 28-11 at the half.
