Hospital to host book fair with Terrace Books

COLUMBUS — In February, Columbus Community Hospital will welcome Terrace Books for a one-day book fair. The fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, in the Platte and Prairie rooms at the hospital.

Posh Pup: Dog services return to Shelby

SHELBY — Amy Renken has been grooming dogs for 15 years. She was at the Fullerton Vet Clinic for a while. Barb Fried taught her some and then she selftaught herself the rest.She took a break from grooming and was a para at Cross County School. Then she decided to come back to grooming.
