The Piecin’ Pals Quilt Guild met November 7. Twenty women answered roll call by telling any Thanksgiving plans. Mary Morgan gave a lesson on making a magic pillow quilt or ‘quillow’ using cotton fabric and fleece fabric. Lynda McCoig’s quilt will be hanging in the Cedar Rapids State Bank for the month of November.
