VALLEY--Eileen M. Bills, 84, passed away 11/24/22 at her home in Valley, NE. Eileen was born March 4, 1938 in Belgrade, NE to Oscar and Mary Hellbusch. Preceded in death by daughter Peggy Miller. Survived by husband Kenneth of Valley, daughter Nancy (Robert) Vondracek of Omaha, sons Jerry (Carol) Bills of Elkhorn, and Jim (Linda) Bills of Norfolk, NE, son-inlaw Tom Miller of Kennard, NE, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life service 11 AM Thursday, St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Valley, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Inurnment Prospect Hill Cemetery of Elkhorn. Memorials to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
