COLUMBUS, Neb. — Tim Recek of Columbus was recently promoted to Carpenter/Utility at Loup Power District.
In his new role, Recek is responsible for the construction and maintenance of District facilities, such as substation foundations and buildings, office buildings, and retail offices. He also helps maintain the canal and surrounding areas.
