FULLERTON — In May of 1971 a group of Baptist Churches in Nebraska wanted to own and operate their own camp. They purchased several acres of land north east of Fullerton and started Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp.
In the beginning it was mostly tent camping. Eventually cabins were built and since then the facility has continued to grow.
