CHADRON — Chadron State College’s Winter Commencement took place Dec. 15 in the Chicoine Center. Jovan Mays, a 2010 CSC graduate, was Chadron State College’s Winter Commencement speaker. One-hundred and six candidates for bachelor’s degrees were honored.
Local graduates include Garrett Swantek of Genoa and Concey Bader of Palmer.
