New show choir wins first awards

Fullerton’s new show choir, 8th & Broadway, competed at the UNL Midwest Cup on Saturday at the Lied Center and were awarded the trophy for Class D. They were also given the Spirit Award by the Big Red Singers. They will be competing on Friday, Feb. 2 in Central City at the NCDA competition. Tickets are now available.
