Timothy Joe Bridger

Timothy Joe Bridger, 64, of Belgrade, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024, at Arbor Care Center in Fullerton.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Palmer-Santin Funeral Home in Fullerton with Reverend Vern Olson officiating. Interment will follow at Fullerton Cemetery in Fullerton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Palmer-Santin Funeral Home.

Tim was born Aug. 1, 1959, to Ralph and Ruby (Bishop) Bridger in Fullerton. He attended Belgrade Elementary in Belgrade. He later moved to Omaha, Lincoln, York, and Grand Island for many years. In the early 1980s, he moved back to Belgrade, where he made his home until his COPD advanced to where he moved to Arbor Care Center the final few weeks of his life. 

Tim loved to tinker on small engines, mowers, and stereo equipment. He also spent a lot of time at Penne Well Drilling, lending a hand wherever needed. He also always loved to mow and ride his four-wheeler and tractor.

He is survived by his siblings, Rocky (Janice) Bridger of Fullerton, Vonda (Leonard) Plumbtree of Big Sandy, Tenn., Rhonda Welch of Belgrade, Colleen (Charlie) Dubas of Palmer, Luann (Dave) Bialas of Hastings and Dixie Bridger of Belgrade; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Dallas Bridger and Delilia Hornung; niece, Carmen Baldwin; nephew, Shawn Baldwin; great-nephew, Preston Bridger; and brother-in-law, Larry Hornung.

Memorials are suggested to Belgrade Volunteer Fire Department and Fullerton Rescue Squad.
