GENOA — The community is invited to breakfast, so bring an appetite.
Twin River FFA will be serving pancakes, sausage patties and eggs on Sunday from 8:45-11 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Community Center, located at 116 N. Elm St., in Genoa.
Blakely Schroeder, Twin River FFA advisor, said they bought 30 pounds of pancake mix, 20 pounds of sausage patties and 10 dozen eggs for the event. They will also be holding a bake sale. They will be taking a free will donation.
“We are using the money made to purchase plants and materials for the end of the year plant sale for the FFA,” she said. “The money will also be used to support our annual trip to Lincoln for the State FFA Convention in April.”
Twin River’s FFA program has 35 members in grades 7-12.
