Three members of the Nance County Board of Supervisors — Andrew Ditter (left), Ralph “Butch” Horacek and Scott Russell — officially began their terms of office on Wednesday when they took their oath office. Lisa Langan, Nance County interim clerk magistrate, administered the oaths. Ditter and Horacek were reelected in November. Russell was elected for his first term.
