SHOWING STRENGTH

The Fullerton Powerlifting Team participated in the Class-D State Powerlifting competition on Saturday. The meet was held in Harvard and featured teams from across the state of Nebraska. Powerlifting is a strength sport where competitors aim to lift the maximum weight possible in three main lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift, with three attempts allowed for each lift. Fullerton competed in the Co-Ed division and finished third as a team. Individual medalists included Taylor Cook (2nd), Makayla Robinson (3rd), Emilyn Kurz (3rd), Delylla Olson (4th), Brooklynn Loseke (2nd), and Matt Hittner (3rd).
