3 7-oz. cans whole green chiles 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese 4 eggs 1 13 oz. can evaporated milk 3 tablespoons of flour ½ teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt Good salsa-medium heat, about ½ cup
